Craniosacral therapy gently supports the natural rhythm of the cerebral spinal fluid, the vital liquid that bathes and protects your brain and spinal cord.

By working with these membranes and subtle pathways that surround the central nervous system, CST helps release restrictions and restore ease in what I like to call the body's hydroelectric current, the inner flow that nourishes and energizes and communicates with every part of you.

A full CST session is normally done fully clothed and requires no oils or lotion.

My Integrative Massage is a customized blend of therapeutic techniques designed to meet you exactly where you are—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

From there, I intuitively weave together deep tissue work, trigger-point therapy, Thai-inspired stretching, craniosacral techniques, and soothing relaxation massage to create a balanced session that supports both relief and restoration.

Thai on the Table combines traditional Thai stretching, rhythmic pressure and assisted movement adapted comfortably to the massage table. This session helps open tight joints, lengthen muscles and restore natural mobility while promoting deep nervous system relaxation.

A gentle, restorative energy session for deep nervous system support. Reiki is a soothing hands on (or hands off) healing technique that helps balance your energy, calm your mind, and relieve emotional and physical tension.

This work is perfect for anyone who can't receive massage due to medical reasons or are too sensitive to touch.  This session is done fully clothed, and touch is only necessary in certain instances.

Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is performed fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat, using a blend of rhythmic pressure, assisted stretching, joint mobilization and mindful breathwork. Often called "lazy yoga" this modality works along the body's energy lines to open tight areas, increase mobility and create spaciousness and clarity from head to toe.
