Therapeutic Integrative Massage
My most popular service! A fully customized bodywork session that incorporates several elements of therapeutic massage and advanced bodywork. Your session is tailored to your unique needs and may include; trigger point therapy and myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, Thai stretching and compressions, warm stone massage, and cupping techniques to relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore balance.
Nervous System Reset Massage
This deeply nurturing experience combines long flowing efflerage strokes from head to toe combined with Craniosacral Therapy holds and energy work to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite profound relaxation. This service does not include any deep tissue work and can be performed using medium or light pressure.
Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Massage is an ancient healing art performed fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat. This unique form of therapeutic massage combines assisted stretching, rhythmic compressions, and mindful movement. By promoting flexibility, mobility, and energetic flow.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the nervous system to encourage deep relaxation, support the body's natural healing processes, and restore a sense of balance and well-being. This therapy is not a massage at all and is performed with you fully clothed on the treatment table. CST consists of a series of static holds along the craniosacral system which includes spine, sacrum and cranial bones of the scull.
Private Yoga Instruction
A personalized one-on-one yoga session designed for those who are new to yoga or prefer a private setting. Learn foundational postures, proper alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement at your own pace.

Sensorric Spaces: The Studios
Mystic Touch Therapy, owned and operated by Lisa A. Shenton LMT is a private practice that operates out of Sensorric Studios.
When you are looking for the location you will see the Sensorric Symbol on the outside of the building. There are designated parking spaces with a Sensorric sign along the side of the building and if those are taken, there is usually plenty of street parking in the area.

Sensorric Spaces offers two beautiful wellness studios in St. Petersburg, Florida, both conveniently located near St. Anthony’s Hospital. I work out of the studio directly across from the hospital, a space chosen for its calming atmosphere and aesthetic comfort. I believe that your surroundings are also an essential part of your healing experience.
Parking is available along the side of the building, and the location is easy to access for all clients.
